This week’s podcast is all about The Last Jedi. I will be reviewing The Last Jedi in this much belated movie review. In this review, I break down my review into sections: first on my general impressions, second on the visuals and third on the characters, moving from minor to major.  Since the recording of this podcast, I have seen this movie three times. My insight into the movie has expanded even more and I am so excited to talk about details and topics from the movie in future podcasts! Today’s podcast was a bit late but I hope to get it up sooner in the future or have it scheduled and ready for you guys. Nevertheless, hope you enjoy this podcast. I’m still trying to get the hang of it all, but it’s been really fun and I enjoy recording and editing these episodes for you. I will try to have the youtube videos for these podcasts up by this weekend. See you next week!

song of the week:

Ellie goulding – army

To me, this song describes Rey’s journey with the Resistance. The lyrics encapsulate her finding her place with the Resistance and Ellie Goulding’s voice is just magical. I also think this song could be talking about Kylo and Rey’s relationship now that I think about it but I won’t dive into it any further until I make a podcast about it. I’m trying out a new feature where I embed the song into the post so hope you find it convenient!

This week’s S’news is an interview blog post I found really fascinating on one of my favorite creatures from The Last Jedi: The Caretakers. Posted on the official Star Wars website (, the interview talks with a creature concept designer to talk about how the Caretakers came to be. Feel free to leave any suggestions on what I should discuss next! May the force be with you!
